In order to stabilize the adsorption quality of the component, it is necessary to use a nozzle suitable for the component.

Clearance between neighboring components

● The above-mentioned values are evaluated under Yamaha's mounting condition (our test PCB, our standard components, and both-sides sticky tape being used).

●  According to pockets shape/size of tape reels or components shape/size, the above-mentioned value might not be able to be achieved.

●  If you need narrower mounting clearance than the above-mentioned value, customized nozzles would be necessary. Please inquire, separately.
